IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
These terms contain a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver in Section 15. By using this website or placing an order, you agree that disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration, not in court, and not as a class action.
At Natural Resistance, we hold ourselves to the same standard with our terms as we do with our products.
We are pleased you are interested in our products. These terms and conditions explain our mutual rights and responsibilities when you purchase a product from Natural Resistance for your personal use and when you access or use our Website. Please read them carefully.
Natural Resistance AB is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, with Swedish company registration number 559462-9877 (referred to in these Terms as "Natural Resistance", "we", "us", or "our"). We design and sell weighted fitness garments and related products. You can read about and purchase our products on our website, www.naturalresistance.com (the "Website").
1. Agreement and Scope
These terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of products through it. These Terms are subject to change by us at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior written notice.
BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS

You may not order or obtain products from the Website if you:
a) do not agree to these Terms;
b) are not at least eighteen (18) years of age; or
c) are prohibited by applicable law from accessing the Website or purchasing our products.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, and that all orders are made for your personal use only. All orders and purchases are made exclusively between you and Natural Resistance AB.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.
2. Orders and Order Confirmation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed under these Terms. We are not obligated to accept any order and may decline at our sole discretion.
To place an order, select your products and quantities, provide your contact and delivery information, choose a delivery method, and complete payment at checkout. Your order is complete when all steps are fulfilled.
If we accept your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. A binding contract of sale is formed between you and Natural Resistance only when you receive this order confirmation email. You may cancel your order at any time before we send that confirmation and will be fully refunded for any payment made.
If your order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will notify you and issue a refund for any affected items. For questions about your order or refund status, contact us at sam@naturalresistance.com with your order number.
3. Payment
Payment must be received before we accept an order. Payment is processed at checkout using the methods available on the Website at the time of purchase. All transactions are charged in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that: (a) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (b) you are duly authorized to use the payment method for this purchase; and (c) charges will be honored by your payment provider.
The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices displayed on the Website do not include applicable taxes. Shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees are stated separately and itemized in your cart and order confirmation. Price increases apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect.
If you use a discount code and subsequently return the product, your refund will reflect only the amount you actually paid. The value of the discount will not be reimbursed.
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the gift card, but in no case longer than five (5) years from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you use a gift card or voucher for a purchase and subsequently return the products, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued in place of a cash refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Your order confirmation will state the estimated delivery timeframe. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not a guaranteed commitment.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any delivery delay. If delivery is delayed more than thirty (30) days beyond the date stated in your order confirmation and the delay is not caused by you, you may cancel your order by contacting support@naturalresistance.com. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded for all payments made, provided any already-delivered products are returned in their original, unopened condition.
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on your side — including an incorrect address, failed pick-up, or unavailability — we will attempt to find an alternative. If none can be arranged, the order will be returned to us and the purchase agreement considered cancelled. A refund will be issued less any reasonable costs incurred in the return.
You must notify us within thirty (30) days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived. Failure to notify us within this period may affect your right to claim non-delivery.
5. Products and Health & Safety
Our products are designed for athletic training, fitness, and everyday wear. They are not medical devices and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You must use our products strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with each garment. Use outside these guidelines constitutes misuse.
Using weighted garments involves physical exertion and carries inherent risk. By purchasing and using our products, you voluntarily assume these risks. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before use if you:
are under 18 years of age;
are pregnant or breastfeeding;
have any cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal condition; or
are recovering from illness or surgery.
Website content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Natural Resistance makes no warranty that use of our products will achieve any specific fitness, health, or performance outcome.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy as a commercial courtesy. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, and the products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of products showing signs of use, wear, sweat, odor, or damage.
To initiate a return, contact us at sam@naturalresistance.com with your order number, name, contact details, and the product(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and any additional instructions.
Once you have received return confirmation, you must ship the product back within fourteen (14) days. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any damage to the product during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price within thirty (30) days, using the same payment method as the original transaction. If you are returning a complete order, standard outbound shipping costs will also be refunded. If returned products are damaged or their value is reduced, a corresponding deduction may be applied to the refund.
We also offer a voluntary Refund Program as a goodwill gesture, under which you may return products after the 30-day window and may be eligible for a partial refund. Full details are published in our Refund Program Policy on the Website. This program may be amended, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Note: unlike customers in the EU and UK, US customers do not have a statutory cooling-off period under federal law. Our 30-day return policy is provided entirely as a commercial courtesy and does not create any implied statutory right of return.
7. Defective Products and Remedies
If you receive a defective product, please notify us in writing as soon as you discover the defect. Contact sam@naturalresistance.com with:
your order number and order date;
your name and contact details; and
a description of the defect, including photographs where possible.
We will confirm receipt and advise you of the available remedy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Refunds for defective products will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs for confirmed defective products are our responsibility.
Commercial warranty: Our products carry a 2-year limited commercial warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to products purchased directly through our Website. To make a warranty claim, email support@naturalresistance.com with a description and photograph of the defect and your order details. We will review the claim and notify you of our determination. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.
If you believe a product is defective and we disagree, you may be entitled to have the dispute resolved through binding arbitration under Section 15 of these Terms.
8. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use or enjoyment of the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately at sam@naturalresistance.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access.
The following uses require our prior written consent:
d) automated data collection, scraping, crawling, or data mining of any kind;
e) systematic extraction, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of Website content;
f) use of the Website to collect or store personal information about other users;
g) circumventing any technical access controls or security measures; or
h) any use that violates applicable federal or state law.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Website content at any time without prior notice.
9. Use of Data
We save and process the information you provide when visiting our Website and placing orders in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, including your rights under applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
By submitting content to us including reviews, feedback, or other user-generated material, you grant Natural Resistance a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, and translate that content to the extent necessary to operate and improve our Website and services. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATURAL RESISTANCE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL. YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATURAL RESISTANCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR OUR PRODUCTS - HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COSTS TO PROCURE SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL. YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law.
12. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is always error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and, where material to a transaction, to cancel or adjust affected orders without liability to you.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly from the physical product. Specifications are as accurate as reasonably possible but may vary slightly in manufacture.
13. Intellectual Property
The Website and all its content, including text, images, logos, design, layout, icons, software, and other materials — are the exclusive property of Natural Resistance AB or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.
14. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services not owned or controlled by Natural Resistance. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of such third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
15. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
We hope to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a dispute with us, please contact sam@naturalresistance.com before initiating any formal proceeding. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
Binding arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Natural Resistance agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or your purchase of our products, shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration.
YOU AND NATURAL RESISTANCE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator will have authority to award the same remedies available in a court of law, on an individual basis only. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The following disputes are excluded from arbitration and may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction: (a) claims falling within the jurisdictional limit of small claims court, provided the matter remains in small claims court and proceeds individually; and (b) applications for emergency injunctive or equitable relief to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION PREVENTS EITHER PARTY FROM SEEKING INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF FROM A COURT WHERE NECESSARY TO PREVENT IRREPARABLE HARM PENDING ARBITRATION.
If any part of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement will be void for that claim only.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory federal or state consumer protection laws applicable in your state of residence.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natural Resistance AB and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website or our products; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of any such claim.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or power or telecommunications failures. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
19. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you must not use the Website or its content to:
i) engage in any unlawful activity or solicit others to do so;
j) violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
k) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
l) harass, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person;
m) submit false, misleading, or deceptive information;
n) upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software;
o) engage in unauthorized data collection or surveillance; or
p) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website.
We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation of these prohibitions.
20. General Provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation email, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Resistance with respect to your use of the Website and purchase of our products. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Natural Resistance.
Assignment: We may assign, transfer, or sub-contract our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Website, with the "Last Updated" date changed accordingly. Changes apply to orders placed after the publication date. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Obligations accrued before termination will survive.
Survival: Sections 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Intellectual Property), 15 (Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration), 16 (Governing Law), 17 (Indemnification), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will continue in effect after termination of these Terms.
