At Natural Resistance, we hold ourselves to the same standard with our terms as we do with our products.
We are pleased you are interested in our products. These terms and conditions explain our mutual rights and responsibilities when you purchase a product from Natural Resistance for your personal use and when you access or use our Website. Please read them carefully.
We are a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sweden named Natural Resistance AB, with Swedish company registration number 559462-9877 (referred to in these terms as "Natural Resistance", "we", "us" or "our"). We design and sell weighted fitness garments and related products. You can read about and purchase our products on our website, www.naturalresistance.com (the "Website").
1. Agreement and Scope
These terms and conditions (these "Terms") apply between Natural Resistance and you as a customer ("you") when you access and use the Website and when you purchase products through it. These Terms are subject to change by us without prior written notice, at any time, at our sole discretion.
By accessing the Website and placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By continuing to use the Website after any changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
You may not order or obtain products from the Website if you:
a) do not agree to these Terms;
b) are not at least eighteen (18) years of age;
c) are purchasing products for purposes other than your personal use; or
d) are prohibited by law from accessing the Website or purchasing our products.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that the personal data and information you provide to us is correct and complete. All orders and purchases are made exclusively between you and Natural Resistance AB.
Our Privacy Notice governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Website. We encourage you to read it carefully before placing an order.
2. Orders and Order Confirmation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your order under these Terms. We are not obligated to accept any order and may decline orders at our sole discretion.
To place an order, select the products and quantities you want, provide your contact and delivery information, select a delivery method, and complete payment at checkout. Your order is complete when you have fulfilled all of these steps.
Once we receive and accept your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. A binding contract of sale is formed between you and Natural Resistance only when you receive this order confirmation email. You may withdraw your order at any time before we send that confirmation, and you will be fully refunded for any payments made.
If your order is incomplete, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, we may ask you to adjust it or we may cancel it in whole or in part. You will be informed and refunded accordingly.

3. Payment
Payment must be received by us before we accept an order. Payment is made at checkout using any of the methods made available on the Website at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The price charged will be the price in effect at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email. Prices displayed on the Website include VAT where applicable. Shipping and any additional charges are stated separately and will be itemised in your shopping cart and order confirmation. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after the change.
If you purchase using a discount code and subsequently return the product, your refund will reflect only the amount you actually paid. The value of the discount will not be reimbursed.
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the gift card, but in no case longer than five (5) years from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you use a gift card or voucher for a purchase and subsequently return the products, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued in place of a refund to the original payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. The list of eligible destinations may be updated at our discretion. Your order confirmation will state the expected delivery timeframe. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not binding commitments.
We will deliver your order within 30 days of your order confirmation, unless a longer period has been agreed with you at checkout. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will inform you promptly.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for the condition of your goods until they are delivered to you at the address specified in your order. If your goods are lost or damaged in transit before delivery, that is our responsibility, not the courier's. You must not be directed to make a claim against the carrier.
You must notify us within thirty (30) days of the expected delivery date stated in your order confirmation if you have not received your order. Failure to do so may affect your right to claim non-delivery
Upon receiving your delivery, please conduct a brief inspection to confirm the order is complete and undamaged. If the packaging is visibly damaged or any product is missing or incorrect, please notify us as set out in Section 7 (Complaints and Warranty) below.
If your order is delayed more than thirty (30) days beyond the confirmed delivery date and the delay is not caused by you, you may cancel your order by contacting us at sam@naturalresistance.com. Upon cancellation, you may choose to receive a full refund, including any delivery costs paid or to wait for delivery of the same or equivalent products.
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on your side, we will attempt to find an alternative. If none can be found, the order will be returned and the purchase agreement will be considered cancelled. A refund will be issued, minus any reasonable costs incurred.
5. Products and Health & Safety
Our products are designed for athletic training, fitness, and everyday wear. They are not medical devices and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You must use our products strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with each garment. Use outside these instructions constitutes misuse and may affect your warranty rights.
Using weighted garments involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you voluntarily assume these risks. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before use if you are:
under 18 years of age;
pregnant or breastfeeding;
living with any cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal condition; or
recovering from illness or surgery.
We do not warrant that use of our products will achieve any specific fitness, health, or performance results.
Website content is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods. You can do this by:
Emailing us at sam@naturalresistance.com with your order number, name, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel; or using the cancellation form available on the Website.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Please package the goods securely to prevent damage in transit. Products should be returned unused, undamaged and packaged in their original packaging.
We will issue a full refund, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.
If you fail to inform us of your right to cancel within the 14-day period, we will inform you of this right if you contact us. If we fail to provide you with the required cancellation information, your right to cancel may extend for up to 12 months from the original 14-day period.
7. Returns and Refunds
In addition to your statutory right to cancel under Section 6, we offer a 30-day return policy as a commercial goodwill gesture. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of products showing signs of use, wear, sweat, odour, or damage.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sam@naturalresistance.com with your order number, name, contact details, and the product(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and any further instructions.
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Please package products securely.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days to the original payment method. If you are returning an entire order, standard delivery costs will also be refunded. If returned products are damaged or their value is reduced, a corresponding deduction may be made from the refund.
8. Complaints and Warranty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product does not meet these standards, you have the following statutory rights:
In the first 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund.
Between 30 days and 6 months: if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
Between 6 months and 2 years: you may still claim a repair, replacement, or partial refund, though we may ask you to show the fault was present at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering the defect. Please contact us at sam@naturalresistance.com with:
your order number and order date;
your name and contact details; and
a description of the defect, including photographs where possible.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint and advise you of the available remedy. For defective products returned to us, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs for faulty goods are our responsibility.
Commercial warranty: Our products also carry a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to products purchased directly from Natural Resistance. To make a warranty claim, email sam@naturalresistance.com with a photograph of the defect and your order details. We will review the claim and notify you of the outcome. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not limit them.
9. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not you authorised it. Please notify us immediately at sam@naturalresistance.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
The following uses of the Website are prohibited without our prior written consent:
e) any form of automated data collection, scraping, crawling, or data mining;
f) embedding, hot-linking, or systematic extraction of content;
g) reproducing, duplicating, reselling, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Website or its content;
h) circumventing technical access controls or security measures; or
i) using the Website to collect or store personal information about others.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Website content at any time without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website and all its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, design, layout, button icons, software, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Natural Resistance AB or are licensed or used with permission from third parties. They are protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without our prior written consent.
No logo, graphic, sound, or image from the Website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
11. User Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials, whether at our request or on your own initiative, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, distribute, and translate them in any medium, without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you or maintain them in confidence.
Any content you submit must not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or personality rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit to us.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. These are not operated or controlled by Natural Resistance. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or tool.
Your use of any third-party tool or website is entirely at your own risk. When you navigate away from our Website, you are subject to the terms and privacy policy of that third party. We recommend reviewing those policies carefully before engaging.
13. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is always accurate, complete, or current. If we become aware of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel or adjust any affected orders, provided this does not conflict with your statutory rights.
Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearances may differ from the actual product depending on your device display. Product dimensions, weights, and specifications are as accurate as reasonably possible but may vary slightly in manufacture.
14. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions set out in these Terms, you must not use the Website or its content:
j) for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts;
k) to violate any applicable laws or regulations;
l) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
m) to harass, harm, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person;
n) to submit false or misleading information;
o) to upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software;
p) to collect or track the personal information of others; or
q) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website and our services immediately for any breach of these prohibitions.
15. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Where we fail to comply with these Terms, we are liable for direct damages caused by our breach, provided the loss or damage arises as a foreseeable consequence of that breach and is not caused by your misuse or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if both parties knew at the time the contract was formed that it was a possible outcome.
We are not liable for:
indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind;
loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data;
losses arising from your misuse of our products contrary to the supplied instructions; or
losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, strikes, or acts of God.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the implied terms under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natural Resistance AB and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
17. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or power or telecommunications failures. We will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
18. Packaging and Producer Responsibility
Natural Resistance AB complies with applicable producer responsibility obligations in the UK, including those relating to packaging waste under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the UK Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging scheme (UK pEPR) as it comes into force. This includes any applicable registration, reporting, and financial contribution requirements.
Updated registration details for the UK market will be published on the Website as required.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under English law, those rights always apply.
If a dispute arises between us, we will always endeavour to resolve it directly and in good faith. As a consumer, you are entitled to have a dispute heard by a competent court in the UK.

The UK's certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers, a list of which is maintained by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute at www.ctsi.org.uk.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available for UK consumers following the UK's departure from the EU. UK consumers should use the domestic ADR routes above.
We are not obligated to participate in or comply with any outcome of ADR proceedings, but we will always consider them in good faith.
20. Accessibility
Natural Resistance AB is committed to making this Website accessible to everyone. We endeavour to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) in the design, testing, and development of our Website. 21. General Provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any order confirmation email, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Resistance regarding your use of the Website and purchase of our products. They supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: We may assign, transfer, or sub-contract our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Changes to these Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Website. Changes apply to orders placed after the publication date. Your continued use of the Website following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination remain in effect.
